"My experience when I called to get the "process" explained to me was very well done. I was comfortable coming the long distance on a chance I would feel good about the sale. When I arrived at the store I was helped quickly and made to feel positive about the sale. The person who determined my pricing and thusly value, was very clear and explained the steps we were going through in detail. I decided to get 3 bids before I concluded the sale. My first appointment was very negative. i felt I was being taken advantage of. It was a competetor and rated high. My experience with Fuller's was so positive. I made the deal on the spot, No regrets. I am going to come back with more of me jewels. I cam because Fuller's reputation and because of all the advertising I had seen. I got an estimate from Jared on replacing a small diamond and repairing all of the prongs on my mom's ring to surprise her for Mother's Day. They quoted just under $700.  I checked Fuller's to get another price and not only did they charge less than half the price at $334, but they got it ready for me the next day so that I could surprise my mom.
